Maintaining Health Standards

The Reformer is wiped clean after every use with tea tree cleaning formula.

In light of COVID - 19 and working towards implementing recommended Health and Safety guidelines, we kindly ask clients to adopt the necessary measures.

The Center for Disease Control (CDC) currently believes that the COVID-19 is mainly being spread in two ways:

  • Person to person contact:

  • Between people who are in close contact with one another 2 metres. Respiratory droplets are produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes. These droplets can land in the mouths or noses of people who are nearby or they can possibly be inhaled into the lungs.

  • From contact with infected surfaces or objects:

  • By touching a surface or object that has the virus on it and then touching your own mouth, nose, or possibly your eyes. This is not thought to be the main way the virus spreads.

To feel safe and stay healthy the Studio adopts the following protocols and health guidelines:

  1. If you have symptoms or feeling unwell, please stay home.If you are feeling unwell or feel symptoms, please do not hesitate to get in contact to cancel or re-scheduling your class. Cancellations due to sickness will be exempted from the 24 hour Cancellation Policy.

2. Please wash hands before and after your session (remember that the optimal duration is 20 seconds). Soap and paper towels are available for your use. While it's not as effective as washing your hands with soap and water, hand sanitisers are also provided and may be used at your disposal.

3. We will minimise physical contact. Physical contact is often used to assist you during our class. However, I will ensure to minimise this unless absolutely necessary.

4. The studio and restrooms are cleaned regularly. The equipment and props are cleaned (including the handles and loops) with disinfectant after every class. You are more than welcome to bring your own props to class if you prefer to bring your own.

5.  We have fresh air! The studio has plenty of window and air circulation to allow for fresh air. As we know, fresh air is a great way to boost the immune

system!
